Instructions

Step 1
Heat up butter and oil on low heat

Step 2
Wash the one cup of rice
Step 3
Add rice and vermicelli to pot
Step 4
Add chicken boullion, garlic, pepper and any other seasonings you want
Step 5
Stir rice on high heat. The noodles and rice will brown. Noodles will be dark brown. This step takes about 10- 15 minutes of stirring
Step 6
Option to add meat like bacon or chicken now
Step 7
Add 2.25 cups water. Add salt
Step 8
Cover and place on low heat for 20 -25 minutes
