Instructions

Cordon bleu

Step 1
Cut the cheese into strips and stack them on top of each other. Place 2 slices of ham next to each other and wrap the cheese. Then place another 2 slices of ham next to each other and wrap again.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast in the middle without cutting it completely. Place the coated cheese in the middle and close the chicken breast.
Step 3
Whisk the egg and milk in a flat plate Add the breadcrumbs to another flat plate
Step 4
First soak the chicken in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs

In a large pan heat up the sunflower oil. When the oil is hot maintain the heat on high and add the chicken

Deep fry the chicken for 2-3 min each side.

Sauce

To a small bowl add the ketchup, mayo, mustard, pepper and pickle juice and mix everything until well combined

Sandwich

Cut the bread in half. Spread the butter on both sides Toast until golden brown

Spread the bottom half with the sauce
Step 10
Place the salad leaf on the bread. Slice the tomato and add it as well
Step 11
Finish with the cordon bleu and place the second half on top.
