Instructions
Step 1
Dice carrots celery onion
Salt pepper veggies, cook till softened, add white wine, cook till onion carmelizes
Add garlic cook till fragrant
While vegetables are cooking cook beef, add taco seasoning, worchestire, red cooking wine, salt to taste
Add beef to veggies and mix
Add crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce and Mexican corn (optional throw in a hot pepper)
Bring to simmer add in bay leaves and cayenne pepper
Add a touch of heavy cream
Salt pepper to taste
Simmer till desired consistency stirring every few minutes (add beef stock if too thick)
