Step 1
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Rince the chick peas in cold water.

Fry onion, garlic, tomato purée, and curry in the oil.

Add the sweet potatoes, bell pepper, chick peas, water, stock cube, and vinegar. Cook for 15 min, stir occasionally. Season with salt.
