Instructions
Step 1
Spiralize the zucchini or use a knife or a mandoline to cut the zucchini into thin strips.
Step 2
Smash the garlic and cut into smaller pieces, mix with the prawns/shrimp, optional spices like sea salt and chili flakes.
Step 3
Heat ghee in a saute pan on high heat, add the prawns/shrimp. Saute for a few minutes, add chicken stock and zucchini and cook for a couple of more minutes.
Step 4
Ready to serve! Top this wonderful dish off with some fresh parsley and lemon zest to make it even tastier.
