Instructions
Step 1
Butter corn bread while hot and cut up then crumble corn bread into bowl
Step 2
Chop onion and celery (5-8 stocks)
Step 3
Cook onion and celery with a little bit of broth till translucent then add to cornbread
Step 4
Add eggs and mix
Step 5
Add seasoning to taste
Step 6
Add additional stock if needed
Step 7
Put in 9X13 in oven at 425 till it gets crispy on the top.
