Instructions

Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with the "s" blade and process until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
You will want to taste the hummus to see if it needs more lemon, tahini, garlic, or salt.
Step 3
For a thinner consistency, add more water and process again.
Step 4
Hummus freezes very well.
