Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl add 3 cups of bread flour, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup plain yogurt, 2/3 cup warm water, 1/2 tbsp salt and the yeast mixture. Mix together until it all clumps up and then with your hands start kneading for 15 minutes. Place dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for it to double in size. I warmed my oven up to 170f degrees and then turned it off and placed it in there for 2 hours. Then section into 6-8 pieces and flatten with rolling pin. In a hot pan, spay oil, fry on one side 1-w minutes and spray again and flip over frying for another 1/2 minutes. For the garlic cilantro oil I simmered 1/4 olive oil m, 1 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and added chopped cilantro when the heat was off. Brush garlic oil over Naan and serve with butter chicken or chia tikka masala
