Step 1
Crack egg in a bowl, add in whole milk and sugar to mix, whisk until smooth.

Cut toast into small square cubes, transfer to a baking tray, top with sliced banana and/or other fruit of your choice. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 395°F. Garnish with shredded coconut and mint.
