Blackberry, blueberry, and strawberry meld together in Chef Eddy's Berry Delicious Cake. He starts with a tender white cake layered with a mixture of strawberry and blueberry fruit spreads. To add a bright and fresh modern flavor and flair, Chef Eddy tops it off with reduced sugar blackberry compote. We have two options for a creamy buttercream frosting. A simple, and easy basic buttercream, or a slightly more advanced version that's extra velvety. It's a little more work, but it's totally worth it.
