Step 1
1 Make the sausages following steps, and 2 above. To make the curry sauce, peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion over a medium heat. Add the ketchup and stock Reduce the heat, stir in the curry powder, chilli powder, salt, pepper and sugar and let everything simmer gently.

2 To serve, cut the sausages into bite sized - pieces, drizzle with curry sauce, and dust with curry powder.
