Instructions

Step 1
Cream butter and sugar in a bowl until creamy

Add your egg and mix

Add milk, baking powder, chocolate essence and malt then mix.

Add your flour then Mix to combine. Do not over mix or you will end up with gummy cake

Pour into a ramekin or into a tiny baking pan and bake in a preheated over at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
