Instructions
Step 1
Combine the oats, apple juice/cider, milk, maple syrup, salt and cinnamon
Step 2
Divide into 2 mason jars and chill overnight.
Step 3
In the morning shred 2 apples, 1 T of juice/cider, 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon, mix together and microwave for 2 and a half minutes.
