Instructions
Step 1
Cut your mozzarella into slices (1cm thick) and pat each slice dry with some paper towel.
Step 2
Make a mozzarella sandwich (2 slices of bread and 4 slices of mozzarella), cut the edges of the bread and cut each sandwich diagonally into 4 triangles.
Step 3
Break the eggs and whisk with a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Cover each triangle with flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. If necessary, cover again with more egg and breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Fry your mozzarella triangles in some oil (180C/350F) for a couple of mins or until super sexy!
Step 6
Let your fried mozzarellas dry on a plate covered with paper towel and sprinkle some salt on top before serving. Buon appetito!
