Instructions

Step 1
Blend cream cheese and sugars on lowest speed. Add eggs until fully incorporated and mixture shows no lumps. Then add vanilla.
Step 2
Combine butterscotch and milk in a bowl and place over very low simmering water. Stir until just melted. Add to mixture, once all ingredients are fully incorporated pour batter into graham cracker crust.
Step 3
Bake on 350 for 90 minutes, until center of cake no longer trembles when tapping sides of pan.
Step 4
Once finished, allow item to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes and then place in refrigerator overnight (or atleast 6 hours)
Step 5
For butterscotch topping, use remaining butterscotch/milk mixture (or create more if needed) and spread on top of cheesecake. Top with a few morsels (optional)
