Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425F.
Step 2
Whisk to combine your brown butter, milk, yogurt, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
Step 3
Add your sifted dry mixture of flour, cocoa powder, and leavening agents to the wet ingredient. Fold to combine and do not over mix. Fold in the chocolate chips, and reserve some for topping.
Step 4
Fill your cupcake/muffin liners to the top with the batter. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
Step 5
Bake at 425F for 6 minutes, then reduce to 350F and continue to bake for another 12-14minutes, or until a toothpick/skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 6
Allow to cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy immediately while it’s still warm. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days, and just microwave before eating because it’s so much better warm!
