Step 1
Pop all the ingredients into a blender and wizz for 2 mins. If you are using fresh ginger instead of powder, use large chunks but peel it and chop it down. Serve over ice. A small glass at a time will be sufficient. This is a health food shot, not a fruit juice or smoothie. All you are doing is making enough to last you a week in one go.

Pepper may seem an odd inclusion but the piperine in the pepper activates the health giving properties in the turmeric for those with arthritic conditions.
