Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160C.
For the salmon:
Step 2
Lay out 2 pieces of kitchen foil and place 1 salmon fillet on each one. Add salt and pepper to the salmon and cover loosely with the kitchen foil.

Put the salmon parcels in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
For everything else:

Boil a kettle and add water to a steamer.
Step 5
Add halved new potatoes and carrots to steamer and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6
After 5 minutes, add broccoli and green beans to the steamer. Cook everything for a further 5-10 minutes until tender.
To serve:
Step 7
Melt a small amount of low fat spread in the microwave.
Step 8
Serve salmon alongside the potatoes and vegetables. Drizzle with melted low fat spread.
