Baked, Peeled and Mashed
1 CupMedjool Dates
Soaked in hot water for 10 minutes and drained
full fat coconut milk
0.5 CupCacao Powder
2 TbspRice Malt Syrup
or choice of liquid sweetener
2 TspVanilla Extract
Toppings (Optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness with liquid sweetener.

full fat coconut milk
Cacao Powder0.5 Cup
Rice Malt Syrup2 Tbsp
Step 2
Transfer to a jar and top with coconut yogurt and shaved dark chocolate. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
