Pasta Alla Cenere (Ash Pasta)

Instructions

Step 1
On a stove on high heat, bring water to a boil, salt it and add the pasta, cooking 1 minute al dente
Step 2
In a pan on medium-low heat, add the cooking cream followed by the Gorgonzola. With a wooden spoon swirl around until the zola is melted.
Step 3
Chop the black olives very finely. Once the pasta is cooked add it to the pan followed by the olives. Mix well and serve with some optional pepper
