Step 1
Weigh out and measure ingredients.
Step 2
Half fill pot with water and put on to boil for noodles.
Step 3
Peel and crush garlic. De-seed pepper and slice into batons. Peel and grate ginger. Trim spring onion and slice

8. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and place onto a plate.
Step 5
9. Blend the cornflour with soy sauce and vinegar in a cup.
Step 6
10. Heat oil and seal chicken for 2 minutes until white. Add garlic and ginger cook for 1 minute.
Step 7
11. Add in the red pepper and spring onion and fry for a further minute.
Step 8
12. Place the noodles into the pan of boiling water. Simmer gently for 4 minutes.
Step 9
13. Pour in the onion granules, water, sugar and soy sauce mixture ingredients and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.
Step 10
14. Drain noodles and add to chicken mixture.
