Pork Tenderloin with Soy, Ginger, & Cilantro
"Because pork tenderloin is so lean, it really benefits from a quick and flavorful marinade. The ginger and soy give this dish a little Asian flair, the honey a touch of sweetness, and the cilantro adds a summery brightness. "
