Instructions

Step 1
1. dipping sauce: Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk together. Top with a sprinkle of furikake. Set aside.

2. In a small bowl combine tuna, mayo, sriracha, and green onion. Season with salt and pepper and stir together. Set aside.
Step 3
3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 15 seconds. Remove and place onto a clean surface.
Step 4
4. Place a sheet of nori on the bottom third of each rice paper. Top each sheet of nori with 2 tablespoons rice, in an even layer and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon furikake.

5. Top rice with 2 1/2 tablespoons tuna mixture, in an even layer, followed by a slice of avocado.
Step 6
6. Place another sheet nori over the avocado.
Step 7
7. Fold the sides of the rice paper into the center, then beginning from the bottom, roll the sushi dumpling until fully sealed.
Step 8
8. Dip each side of the dumpling (with the nori) in sesame seeds.
Step 9
9. Place a nonstick pan over medium heat. Once hot, add oil and swirl around the pan.
Step 10
10. Carefully add dumplings into pan and fry for about 2 minutes on each side.
Step 11
11. Remove from heat and serve with spicy mayo dipping sauce.
