Instructions
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan.
Step 2
Gently bring to a simmer for 10 minutes, without boiling.
Step 3
Turn off heat and allow to infuse while cooling.
Step 4
Strain ingredients.
Step 5
Transfer to storage container.
Step 6
To serve, warm the wine and pour the mulled wine into heatproof glasses.
Step 7
Serve with sliced dried orange, cinnamon stick and star anise.
