Step 1
Bring water to medium heat

Add honey and stur until desolved
Step 3
Turn heat off
Step 4
Add raisens and other fruit to jug
Step 5
Pour must into jug
Step 6
Top jug off with cool water leaving 2 inches
Step 7
Cap jug and gently mix
Step 8
Wait until temp is below 90° then add yeast
Step 9
Cap jug and shake for several min
Step 10
Add water to airlock and seal jug
Step 11
Let ferment for 5-6 weeks
