Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor, blend together flour and salt. Add chilled butter one tablespoon at a time until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Step 2
Add water to mixture mixture 1 tablespoon at a time, blending between each addition until mixture for the most part comes together. Take out out of food processor and onto a surface and gently knead until mixture comes together to form a ball.
Step 3
Wrap in plastic wrap and allow to chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes. For best results let’s chill overnight.
Step 4
Double recipe for two crusts.
