Instructions

Step 1
Put all ingredients into the TM bowl and mix for 6 seconds / Sp 5.
Step 2
Knead for 2.5 minutes.
Step 3
Rise for 1 hour in an oiled bowl.
Step 4
Roll the dough into a sausage and divide into 6 pieces.
Step 5
Roll 6 pieces on a floured surface into naan shapes. If you want doughy naans, roll a little thicker but if you want them cooked through, make sure they are rolled very thin.
Step 6
Cook in a dry hot frying pan until they have a golden crust and look like they have cooked through to the middle. Each naan bread has different timings.
Step 7
Serve warm with your curry and other Indian accompaniments.
