Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large volume of boiling salted water.
Step 2
Chop the onions and fry them in a pan. As soon as they are golden brown, add the lardons.
Step 3
Prepare in a bowl the fresh cream, eggs, salt, pepper and mix.
Step 4
Remove the lardons from the heat as soon as they are golden and add them to the cream.
Step 5
Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain and stir in the cream. Put back on the heat if the dish has cooled down.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy! You can also decorate your dish with mushrooms.
