Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 190C
Step 2
Add potato wedges to a large sheet pan, mix well with olive oil, garlic and season. Cook for 20 mins in oven.
Step 3
Melt butter and mix with garlic, lemon juice, flat leaf parsley & season.
Step 4
Remove potatoes from oven and move to one side of the tray. Place salmon fillets skin side down and surround with asparagus.
Step 5
Pour butter mixture all over salmon & asparagus and place lemon slices on top of salmon.
Step 6
Return to the oven for 15-20 mins.
