Instructions

Step 1
Set oven to 350
Step 2
Cut chicken in small bite size pieces and brown in a large pan. Season with Italian seasoning and basil.
Step 3
Slice cherry tomatoes in halves and place on a aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes or until sizzling.
Step 4
Boil pasta 10 min until cooked.
Step 5
Pot pasta in a large pan and add a half cup of heavy cream and a cup of mozzarella cheese. Simmer and see how thick it is.
Step 6
Continue to add heavy cream and mozzarella until cream sauce is at desired consistency.
Step 7
Add spinach and cook until no longer leafy. Toss in cherry tomatoes and cooked chicken.
