Step 1
Mix butter, milk, sugar, cocoa, & vanilla in medium saucepan on medium heat.
Step 2
Stir constantly until mixture comes to a rolling boil.
Step 3
Cook for 40 seconds at rolling boil.
Step 4
Remove from heat.
Step 5
Add oats, coconut, & peanut butter
