Easy San Choy Bow Quick to make with easy ingredients and very yummy. I used a rice vermicelli cake and put it in boiling water for a few minutes. Instant noodles are fine also.

Instructions

Step 1
Chop onions and capsicum. Prepare noodles according to packet instructions. Heat oil in frying pan until a slight haze forms. Cook onion until translucent and slightly brown Add garlic and minced beef. Cook until brown. Add sauces and capsicum. Cook until just tender. Remove from heat. Add noodles. Toss to combine. Serve beef mixture inside lettuce leaves cups. Garnish with spring onion or carrot curls if desired.
