Instructions

Grilled vegetables

Step 1
Slice the bell pepper, carrot and onion.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium high and add the onions. Fry for about 1min.
Step 3
Then add the bell pepper and carrot and fry for another 3min until soft and brown. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Wrap

Step 4
To a small bowl add the couscous. Pure over the boiling water. Cover with a plate and let it soak for about 5min.
Step 5
Meanwhile slice the avocado.
Step 6
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the hummus.
Step 7
Top it with the couscous, avocado, grilled vegetables and arugula.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
