Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, add lime pieces and water. Pulse or blend on high speed briefly (about 3-5 seconds). If you blend it for longer the rind breaks down and can add a bitter flavor to the mixture.
Step 2
Add lime water back into blender and add sweetened condensed milk. Blend for 5 seconds or until fully incorporated.
