I love a Rueben Sandwich! This is my low carb version. Each serving is 1 Lean, 3 Green and 3 Condiments.

Instructions
Step 1
Toast caraway seeds in a large skillet for 30 seconds. Remove to a small bowl.
Step 2
Add oil to skillet. Sauté cabbage until tender crisp, about 5 min.
Step 3
Add sauerkraut and pastrami. Sauté, stirring frequently until heated through.
Step 4
Divide between two bowls. Top each bowl with 1/4 c shredded cheese, 1 pickle spear, 1/2 t caraway seeds and 2 T dressing.
