I prefer them without the icing and with weetbix instead of cornflakes !

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C bake and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy (4-5 mins).
Step 3
Sift in the flour and cocoa.
Step 4
Crush the weetbix with your hands and add them in then stir until the mixture is lightly combined.
Step 5
Place tablespoon sized amounts onto the tray, then press lightly with a fork.
Step 6
Bake for 8-15 minutes.
