Instructions
Step 1
Cut your meat in small pieces and roll them in flour.
Step 2
Sauté the meat for about 3 min on each side until light brown.
Step 3
Add the chopped carrot, onion and parsley and mix until they are all oily.
Step 4
Add the tomato paste and blend them well.
Step 5
Pour the wine and wait until the alcohol is boiled away.
Step 6
Then add the tomato juice, the laurel, the allspice and the water and let boil for about half an hour. A couple of minutes before removing, add salt and pepper.
Step 7
Sauté your pasta (preferably orzo or something similarly small) until golden.
Step 8
On a baking tray, place the pasta first, then the boiled meat and the vegetables and pour the sauce above. Your liquids should completely cover the pasta.
Step 9
Bake at 170 Celsius in bars for about 25 min. Add water if necessary. The food is ready when the pasta is boiled and the sauce has set.
Step 10
Minutes before finishing, add the cheese and let it melted. Be careful: the tray may need some mixing during baking.
