This is an easy and healthy recipe. I love veggie nuggets, but I love my self-made ketchup even more.

cooked and drained
½ cupzucchini
grated
½ cupcarrot
grated
¼ cuponion
minced
½ Tbspitalian seasoning
1 tspsea salt
1 clovesgarlic
to taste or sub 1/2 tsp garlic powder
black pepper
to taste
¼ tsppaprika
2eggs
large
1 tspolive oil
or avocado, extra for cooking
½ cupoat flour
or your favorite breadcrumbs
For the ketchup
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together and fry little nuggets in a pan.
Step 2
Enjoy with homemade ketchup or your favorite dip.
