Blueberry Gin and Tonic

A refreshing summer drink. Use Gin infused with botanicals for extra flavor, and using your choice of flavored sparkling water makes a good replacement for tonic water.

Instructions
Step 1
Muddle blueberries with the simple syrup until smooth
Step 2
Add Blueberry mixture and Gin to shaker and shake vigorously.
Step 3
Strain into glass over ice. Add Tonic water and stir.
Step 4
Garnish with a lemon wedge or twist.
