Macoroni cheese
I usually make two dishes of this 250g of macaroni in each dish. I use half a onion in each dish and I use between 14 Oz (400g) and 1lb cheese in each dish. This feeds about 8 of us.

Instructions
Step 1
Combine macaroni, water, butter, onion, salt and pepper in casserole dish.
Step 2
Microwave at Time Cook (power level 10) for 6 minutes and then at Time Cook (power level 5) for 5 minutes. Stir twice during cooking.
Step 3
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Microwave at Time Cook (power level 10) for 13 to 17 minutes or until macaroni is cooked and sauce is thickened and bubbly, stirring every 3 minutes.
