Instructions

Step 1
Cream shortening, Sugar and eggs. Add pineapple and orange rind, then sifted dry ingredients, to which the nuts have been added. Baking greased pan in slow oven one hour or until it shrinks from pan. I baked it at 325°. The recipe only said a slow oven.
