Step 1
Preheat oven to 350-degrees

Cook the ground beef, drain the grease, return to pan and brown with onion and garlic.
Step 3
Add the can of cream of mushroom and cream of cheddar cheese soup to the bowl.
Step 4
Add the frozen cubed potatoes to the bowl.
Step 5
Add 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper and mix everything together.
Step 7
Pour into a greased 9" x 13" casserole dish and sprinkle the remainder of the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover with tin foil.
Step 8
Bake for 30 minutes and carefully remove tin foil. Bake for 30 more minutes.
