Instructions
Step 1
Clean out the inside of a pumpkin. Use a strainer to remove all the pumpkin junk.

Soak the pumpkin seeds in water overnight. Towel dry in the morning.

Preheat oven to 300 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together your seasoning of choice (you don't have to use the recommended seasonings above).

Toss the clean and towel-dried pumpkin seeds with olive oil. Then add in the seasoning mixture. Make sure you add extra seasoning.
Step 6
Spread the pumpkin seeds onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are in one even layer.
Step 7
Roast in preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
