Instructions
Step 1
Rinse farro and add to a medium pot over high heat with the bone broth. Bring to a boil then lower the heat and cover the pot. Let simmer for 25-30 minutes or until the broth is absorbed.
Step 2
While the farro simmers, chop the rest of the produce and add to a large mixing bowl cover and refrigerate.
When farro is finished let it cool, then add to the rest of the ingredients. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and salt and pepper as desired.
