Instructions

Step 1
Heat waffle iron to medium heat
Step 2
Place the kodiak cakes mix, water, eggs, cottage cheese, and stevia in a blender; blend until smooth. Once the waffle iron is hot, spray with cooking spray and pour batter inside.
Step 3
Weigh the mixture and divide by the number of servings.
Step 4
Add the blueberries to a bowl with the stevia. Stir and then microwave for 1-2 minutes. The berries should be warm and melted down.
Step 5
Pour the Peanut Butter Sauce over the hot waffles and top with servings' worth of the warm blueberries.
