Instructions

Step 1
Chop green onions and cabbage.

Slice bacon strips into smaller pieces.

Turn on heat and boil water for your udon noodles. Once it's boiling, add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

On medium heat, drizzle oil on your pan. Add bacon and cook until golden brown.

Next, add your green onions and cabbage. Stir-fry until it's evenly cooked.

Toss in your udon noodles and make your sauce. 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce and 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic. Add the sauce quickly on top of the noodles.

Add 2 Tbsp of water or udon water and mix well.

Turn off heat and sprinkle sesame seeds and pepper.

Add an egg yolk on top to thicken the sauce!
