Step 1
Crumble bread into a large bowl. Add milk 1/2 tsp at a time, mashing with a fork, until you get a pasty consistency.
Step 2
Add all other ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
While the meat mixture is still cold, and using clean wet hands, form into 1/4 lb patties. Tip: patties will shrink and tend to become ball-like on the grill as the fat content melts, so form the patties rather flat and thinner in the center.
