Instructions
Step 1
Combine meat with cornstarch and 1 Tbsp soy sauce.
Step 2
Heat wok and add oil. Sear meat for a few mins.
Step 3
Add garlic, ginger, scallions, 3 Tbsp soy sauce, and honey. Cook for 2 mins stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add hot water. Stir.
Step 5
Reduce heat to low. Cover an cook for 15 mins. Remove lid raise heat to high and add 2 Tbsp soy sauce. Stir for 4 mins. Top with scallions and serve over rice. Enjoy!
