Instructions

Step 1
Peel onions, slice, and shred them.
Step 2
Cook onions until water is almost completely sucked dry. While cooking add ginger and garlic.
Step 3
Add chili powder, stir and cook for roughly 4 hours. While cooking add olive oil or any preferred oil and slowly add water, no more than 1/2 cup of water.
Step 4
While onions are cooking, wash chicken well and rip the chicken into wanted amount of parts.
Step 5
Leave the chicken parts to soak in some lemon water for 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the strength and health of your chicken.
Step 6
Pour out the water from the chicken, dry it, and let it cook with the onions.
Step 7
Boil your eggs. Peel when done.
Step 8
Slowly add some amount of water in the cooking onions and chicken. No more than 1 cup of water.
Step 9
Let buttermilk cook on it's own on medium heat until water from the buttermilk and the buttermilk itself have separated.
Step 10
Take out the buttermilk without the water and let it drain on colander until completely dry.
Step 11
Let the eggs cook with the onions and chicken.
Step 12
Add salt, spices, and butter. Stir once and let cook for roughly 5 minutes.
Step 13
Turn off the heat.
Step 14
Mix all the ingredients for the salad well.
Step 15
Try adding the fruits, chia seeds, and hemp hearts on top of the salad
Step 16
Serve.
