Instructions
Step 1
For salsa blend one can of tomato sauce, 5 tepen balls, half of cilantro and garlic salt together
Step 2
For rice fry ½ a diced onion and 1 cup of rice
Step 3
When Lil lightly browned add one can of pato or tomato sauce and stir for one minute
Step 4
Add 2 cups of water
Step 5
Season with garlic salt, one spoon of bouillon, some cumin and cayenne pepper
Step 6
Bring to a boil, cover with foil and lid and lower heat to low for a simmer
Step 7
Simmer for 15 minutes, turn off stove and let sit for 5 more minutes before serving
